The mat is optimized for sweatier practices. If you're looking to use this mat for 'drier' activities too, we advise spraying it with water at the start of your practice. Keep in mind that this might not be particularly pleasant during the colder months. You will also need to keep the mat fairly well sprayed throughout to ensure maximum traction.

We recommend a thorough wash once a week. To do this, First, rinse your mat with water. Next, spray it with an antibacterial yoga mat spray. You can easily make your own with a few drops of eucalyptus and mint essential oil diluted in water. Gently rub the spray into the mat with your hand and then rinse again. Hang the mat up to dry - it will take a day to dry, depending on what season you're in. Between practices, we recommend a light spray down of an anti-bacterial yoga mat spray and a couple of hours to dry properly. Do not aggressively scrub your mat or use harsh, chemical sprays. We recommend testing out a corner of your mat if you're using a new spray. To maximize longevity, we don't recommend throwing your mat into the washing machine or tumble dryer. (Because the Hong Kong washing machine is generally smaller, mat can not be folded)

For cleaning Original organic ecological mats and Cork Yoga Mat we recommend using the Detox Spray once a week with the light use or after each practice with heavy use, especially in hot yoga. Detox spray prevents and removes the build-up of your body's oils which can decrease grip over time.
NEVER fold or crease your mat, roll it up loosely.To make the best; Non-slip, self-cleaning and healthiest surface to practice on in the world we use ZERO adhesives and chemicals to bond the raw cork particles together. This is achieved only by heat and steam! If the cork surface does crack from folding or creasing, it is strictly visual and does not affect the feel or durability of the mat. Repair is easy. Simply use any clear drying wood glue (ex: Elmer's school glue). Loosely roll up your mat until the crack shows, add glue inside the crack. Unroll mat until flat and wipe off excess glue. Allow to thoroughly dry before using, according to the glue's instructions.
For cleaning Original Series Eco Yoga Towel CLESIGN microfiber yoga towels are made with polyester microfiber, are super absorbent and quick drying, provide great grip - grabbing your yoga mat and holding you in place even when your practice gets sweaty- and are soft and lightweight - easy to carry and silky smooth!
You can wash your towel in the washing machine. Do not use fabric softener, just a detergent. It'll dry within half an hour in summer and roughly two hours in winter.
Prices for customers based in the UK and the Rest of the World are in £GBP. We are not currently able to accept payment in local currencies apart from that on our official website.
All transactions are processed in £GBP, and so your bank may charge an exchange rate fee if you have a bank account in a different currency, but this is usually minimal.
For the global payment system is very developed, when you choose to pay, you can choose to use your local currency calculation or our currency.
Stripe supports processing payments in 135+ currencies, allowing you to charge customers in their native currency while receiving funds in yours. This is especially helpful if you have a global presence, as charging in a customer’s native currency can increase sales.
The currency used comes into play in three places:
The customer’s credit card currency

Our mats have a unified price for each product in each region, which is inclusive of sales taxes (if applicable).
This means that your price will not change even if your local VAT or sales tax rate is different from the UK rate.
If you are a VAT registered trader, we are happy to provide a VAT receipt for your relevant CLSIGN order. Any VAT receipts will be made out to the customer as noted on the order.

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days.
We stand behind everything we sell, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned (we will deduct the cost of freight refund), we cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The lifespan of the CLESIGN Mats can depend on several factors such as how often your mat is used, how intense your practice is, how you care for your mat and so on. We’re confident all CLESIGN Mats will last a good amount of time, and provide great value for our customers!
We have made a conscious decision to produce mats using biodegradable materials and sustainable manufacturing processes, and we focus very much on ‘quality’ over ‘quantity’ of use. We believe that the best mat for a truly Yogic practice is also one that minimizes our impact on the environment and our mat, being completely biodegradable, does that. Many other mats do not and will have an ongoing environmental impact long after they have stopped being used.
We know that sustained practice can wear a mat out, in the same way that a pair of running shoes will become worn out, and eventually this will reduce the effectiveness of your mat on your practice. Hence it is not practicable for us to offer a CLESIGN guarantee or a warranty, but firmly believe we’ve got the best balance of eco-friendliness and durability.
Your return will be accepted if your item:
Is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Has not been used, worn, and washed.
Tags and Packaging are attached.
The following returns are not accepted:
Over 30 days since you received your order.
Item has been actively used or worn.
Item has been altered or washed.
Tags or Packaging have been removed.

We ship worldwide! Each region has a different time limit, which is about 3-7 days.

We aim to get your ECO mat to you as quickly as possible! Our warehouse teams process all online orders from Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch within 1 working day of purchase. Orders placed on a Saturday or a Sunday and public holiday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day. To ensure delivery within the specified time frame, orders must be placed by 12pm HK time (+8)
We use Hong Kong as a logistics inventory area in order to transport products to all parts of the world.
ShipmentOnce your order has been placed, it will ship within 2-4 business days.
CLESIGN has carried out the export optimization of the global ISO warehouse, and we will uniformly arrange the world's fastest way of shipment under the international transportation ISO inspection.
We have warehouses around the world in Manchester (UK) , Brisbane(Australia), Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shenzhen(2020)(China). We are fortunate that CLESIGN product was able to reach customers all over the world unimpeded! The product ship from any warehouse depends on stock availability.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Any charges on an order must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. CLESIGN has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
We do all we can do to get what we love to your doorstep. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, US Holidays, and other events out of our control.
